In the Philippines recruitment for jobs abroad is strictly prohibited for persons or entities without a valid license of
POEA, Philippine Overseas Employment Authority.

HDB-Agents is not a licensed POEA Recruiter nor any recruiter at all – but personnel consultants, we will cooperate with POEA if necessary.

For your information about our activities, please note that we do not see our task in providing jobs, neither in Germany nor in the Philippines.

We only consult Philippine skilled workers and vocational training seekers about the opportunities that exist in these fields in Germany,
With our assistance job seekers or applicants must contact and apply with potential employers and with Philippine and German authorities, if required in the process of a job or apprenticeship application procedure.

Our information includes all relevant information about the target, as well as all specifics and requirements of living and working in Germany.

We also inform about the reputation of the employer to which our advice seeker wants to apply, as well as about the various transport connections to the workplace, travel opportunities, prices and travel time, and the rent levels for accommodation in the closer environment.

A visa is issued only with sufficient knowledge of German language. We tell applicants what language levels are required for their occupation in Germany, where they can acquire this knowledge, and how much they have to pay for it.

Finally, we know the various regulations of the German Embassy- depending on the planned  activity or training –  and can tell the applicants how and where to apply for an entry permit to start work or vocational training there, because we know the requirements what documents must be presented. We can check the visa applications and the attached documents for correctness and completeness before the applicant has to deliver them personally to the German Embassy in Manila.

Of course, we also provide information on where the employee or trainee must carry out the police registration and where to apply for the work permit, including the address with telephone number, as well as information on how to reach these locations.
The employer usually takes care of finding an accommodation.

No one is omniscient – also we are not.

If there are any unclear points in your documents, we will contact the Embassy – where we are known – to save you time and effort if this means your application might be rejected at this time.
The Embassy will endeavor to respond to our inquiry as soon as possible.
