Possible suppliers are identified and those likely to deliver are sorted out. These receive a request, and the answers are sorted out again for useful ones. Anyone who has not answered will be asked a question. Reminders are sent if no bid has been submitted after a specified period of time or shortly before the end of the tender.

Offers that reach us via our contact persons are processed further by us to ensure good coordination.

Depending on requirements, we also ask our contact persons to get in touch personally with the potential provider. Incoming offers are also checked for usefulness and if there is a discrepancy, the provider receives a request for completion or correction. If necessary, unusable offers will be deleted. We make every effort to satisfy both our clients and suppliers.
